RCOG's Computerized Database for ProstRcision®
This section of the RCOG Web site describes the computerized database for ProstRcision® treatment of prostate cancer – one of the largest databases on prostate cancer in the United States.
The purpose of this information is to provide answers to questions you may have and to educate you regarding these fundamental facts:
- A computerized database is key to treatment and cure of men with prostate cancer.
- The RCOG database is as important to men who have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer as it is to men currently undergoing ProstRcision or to men who have previously been treated with ProstRcision – whether two, five or 10 years ago.
Additionally, the RCOG computerized database is the key to prostate cancer research at RCOG.
To understand the RCOG database, the following Q&A is a simulated conversation between a man with prostate cancer and Dr. Frank Critz, Founder and Medical Director of Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia.
