Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia (RCOG) is happy to provide the following list of places to stay. This list is based solely upon recommendations by former patients. Of course, there are more places to stay in the Atlanta area, and you are more than welcome to find accommodations on your own. Please call the place of business directly to make reservations and ask questions about the accommodations, rates, availability, and other information.

American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge

If the cost of housing during your stay in Atlanta will be a financial hardship, you may qualify to stay for free at Hope Lodge, with the cost covered by the American Cancer Society. The Hope Lodge has 34 individual rooms; however, there are 17 hospitals and clinics that refer patients to the lodge so there are some restrictions. You are only able to stay at the lodge during the time of your follow-up radiation, not during the time of your implant surgery.

Let the Implant Scheduler know you are interested in staying here when you set the date of your surgery. Do not wait until you arrive in Atlanta for your implant surgery to request the Hope Lodge. It takes approximately six to seven weeks to get into the lodge once your name has been placed on the waiting list. We'll need your cell phone number and a local hotel/apartment number where you will be staying until an opening at the lodge occurs.
